]]>Potential is a funny thing. It can’t be quantified, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be cultivated.
Here are some tips that can help you reach your highest potential:
2. Work on your strengths. Your greatest achievements will likely be a product of
your strengths. Expect to spend some time fully developing your ability to apply
your strengths to all aspects of your life.
3. Work on your weaknesses. While your weaknesses probably won’t take you
far, they can certainly limit you. Most people avoid their weaknesses and refuse
to work on them.
For example, you can see this at the gym. People like to do the exercises
they’re already good at. However, they avoid the exercises they’re bad at
like the plague.
4. Find a coach or even good mentor can save years of struggle and effort. The ideal
coach started where you’re starting, and has achieved the success you’re
after. The best coaches are great teachers.
5. Set goals.Setting goals is cliché, but how can anyone expect to achieve
something great if they haven’t defined it beforehand? It’s important to know
specifically where you’re going.
A few minutes spent on defining your endpoint is invaluable.
6. Be assertive. Have you ever noticed that assertive people are the ones that
tend to get what they want? Being passive is rarely an effective strategy. Be
willing to ask for what you want. Countless people have failed to get what they
want simply due to the fear of asking for it.
7. Step outside of your comfort zone . The greatest achievers frequently upset a lot of people.Think about how hostile everyone was when it was suggested that the world
was round or that the Earth revolved around the sun instead of the other way around.
Be brave enough to express your uniqueness.
8. Focus on doing instead of thinking. Most people learn, think, and plan too
much. Action results in change and progress. However, that doesn’t mean you
ought to make poor, unintelligent choices.
Try to spend at least 10 hours taking action to 1 hour of pondering, instead of
the other way around.
How well would it work if you spent 10 hours planning your exercise
routine for every hour you actually exercised? You’d be an out of shape
armchair expert.
9. It’s not just hard work that matters, but rather hard, smart work. Working
hard on things that don’t matter won’t help anyone reach their highest
potential. Ensure you’re spending your time on important activities.
Although certain activities and tasks are less appealing than others, that’s
what makes your achievements worth it in the end. Becoming great is
challenging!
It’s doubtful that anyone comes close to reaching their full potential, but all of us can
do much more than what we’re currently doing. Decide to become the best possible
version of yourself. Find a coach and make an intelligent plan. Work that plan to the
best of your ability. You can live up to that potential everyone is always talking about.
It is all up to you! know body can do it for you but you!

]]>I know beliefs drive behavior sometimes, Therefore, I critically analyze my thoughts. I see the world in a positive light. I only entertain ideas that are in line with who I truly am.
I nurture my self-esteem. I deserve success and happiness, I have the tools to achieve them. I can easily recall times when I have been successful. I hold the feeling of winning close to my heart.
I know I can achieve greatness just by being myself. There are many things that I can do better than anyone else. I cultivate and nurture my talents.
I am confident because I know my strengths. I repel against self-doubt.
I choose to believe in myself, even during challenging times. My sense of self is anchored in my knowledge that I am worthy of love and success. It comes from within.
Like anyone else, I make errors, but I turn them into learning experiences. Although I look to the future, I also take time to recall my past successes.
Today, I choose to release any lingering self-doubts. I realize that my performance can soar higher and higher as I continue to believe in myself. I take full advantage of Life’s many learning experiences.

]]>Growing up we have always been told that we can do anything we put our mind to, or dream big, believe in yourself, you can do it if you just believe. We hear it in fairy tales, from our parents, teachers, and mentors.
We hear it but do we listen? not really. We grow up and think ya everyone says that because they love us.
I want you to take a minute and close your eyes, think back to a time when you were a kid. Think of that moment you believed in yourself so much that you did it!
example: when you got on a bike for the first time, how did you feel in that moment, scared, excited, anxious and nervous, all you wanted was to ride that bike so you could run and show your friends. Our parents would hold the back of the bike and run as we peddled, but god forbid they tried to let go! instant heart attack right!
Then as you started to believe in yourself you took off and all of a sudden you were on your own! you did it! you did it! all on your own.
As we grew up we kind of left that behind a little, so we are older, what ever happened to our belief system? our imagination our fight and our love for life!
We have all been victims of this rat race we call life, and if this is how you feel, it’s ok, just know that your belief system is running on empty. you have to get to a gas station immediately.
Every day is a new day, a new start to living your life! So today I challenge you to just believe in yourself! All you have is yourself, know body can do it for you but YOU! take a leap of faith, take a chance and just believe in yourself!
You have nothing to lose, start living!
I promise you that you will never go wrong!

]]>I know I have created my own fears, which means I have the power to extinguish them.
Greater understanding of ones self makes life less scary.
I teach myself to let go of whatever is causing my fears, when I feel afraid or unsure, I bring my fears out into the open. Focusing on my breathing dispels my anxieties. My muscles relax and my thoughts are purified.
I live in the moment and avoid anticipating everything that could go wrong. It is prudent to make plans for typical challenges, like traffic delays and bad weather. But it is also essential to realize that many events are beyond my control.
I trust myself to handle whatever comes my way. Looking back on my past teaches me that I can triumph over challenging circumstances. I faced hardships head on. Taking prompt action teaches me that I am resilient. Finding solutions becomes my focus.
I acknowledge my feelings, I am gentle with myself when I feel uneasy. At the same time, I decide to move ahead anyway and fear shifts to the backseat.
Today I show great courage, I confront my fears and watch them go away. My fear will no long be holding me back from living a healthy fulfilled life!

]]>These are the first things that normally come to mind when asked the question?
The Fear I am referring to is the Fear that most of us are not even aware of:
Fear is self-sabotage! it’s that little negativity whispering in our ear “Don’t” you must not listen and courageously push forward.
